Fairfax Massage Consistent Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

At Fairfax Massage, we strive to offer the highest level of service to all of our clients. To maintain fair and consistent access to appointments, we kindly ask that clients avoid habitual cancellations or frequent rescheduling, even within the 24-hour notice period.

While we understand that occasional schedule changes are necessary, frequent adjustments can disrupt our ability to serve other clients effectively.

Policy Details:

  • Clients who cancel or reschedule appointments more than three times within a 3-month period, even with 24 hours’ notice, may be subject to future appointment restrictions or a deposit requirement to hold future bookings.
  • This policy helps ensure that appointment availability is maximized for all clients.
  • Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total fee with limited exceptions.

Verbal abuse of the owner/therapist will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and will not be able to book in the future.

No Show:  If you do not show for your appointment without proper notification, you will be charged for the missed session, blocked from the online scheduler and required to pay for all subsequent sessions in advance.

Late:
If you are less than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be proportionately shortened and you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged a $25 fee.

Sexual Harassment will not be tolerated in any form including inappropriate or suggestive remarks during your session or via text, phone or email. Violators of this policy will be charged double their appointment fee and removed from my office.
